What if I don’t have a floor plan?

We have a large portfolio of previously built plans for you to choose from; however, if you don’t see exactly what you want, then you can work with our partner design team on a new custom plan or modify one of ours.

What is the cost per square foot?

This answer varies greatly. It depends on size of lot, lot topography, size of home, complexity of floor plan and roof line, countertops, flooring, appliances, etc. It’s best to contact our office in advance so we can help you navigate pricing.

How long is the build time?

There are several variables, including whether you own land to build on and if you have an existing plan. Once land and plans have been finalized the typical time is 9-10 months for a Semi-Custom home and 12 months for a Fully Custom home.

If I choose a plan from your website can I customize the plan?

Yes, once you have chosen one of our existing plans we will meet with the design team to make the changes. 

Where do you build?

We build in many established neighborhoods as well as build on your lot. 

Do you have available homes now?

We typically build 1-2 inventory homes a year in several different neighborhoods. For an active listing of move-in ready homes, please click here.

Do you have a model home?

As custom builder, all the homes we build are to be lived in; however, we usually have several homes under construction that can be viewed to see first-hand the quality of home we build. Also, we encourage you to watch our video, which features three of our popular plans.

How do allowances work?

We do not use a standard allowance for our clients. They are all individually tailored. We will work closely with you to explore your options.

What style home do you build?

 We are a true custom home builder, so we build all sizes and architectural styles.
